BENCH
• Bar must clearly touch the chest with good control.
• Full lockout at the top.
• Sleeves and wrist wraps permitted (elbows must be clearly visible for judges to see the bend).
• No slingshots, bench shirts, or suits.
• No touching the bar after lift-off (spotter may help unrack only).

SQUAT
• At least 90-degree knee bend (hip crease at or below knee level).
• Full stand to lockout.
• No box, bench, wedges, or wrapping.
• Knee sleeves permitted as long as depth is clearly visible.
• Belt allowed. No body suits.

DEADLIFT
• Standard Olympic-style plates lifted from the floor (no boxes, boosters, or deficit).
• Full lockout with shoulders behind the bar. Controlled return.
• Chalk and belt permitted.
• No wraps, hooks, straps, or suits.

PULL-UPS
• Dead hang, full lockout at the bottom.
• Pull until chin is at or above the bar.
• No kipping.
• No hooks or straps — use your grip only.

MILE RUN
• Outdoor track or accurately measured/taped route.
• Use GPS (Garmin preferred) or app for proof.
• Show start, finish, and total time clearly in video.
